Architectural lighting OEM
Standard housings, 500 pcs minimum, samples in seven days and the photometric files your specifier will ask for.
The range
Every series runs the same driver and the same LED board format, so a mixed order still arrives as one spare-parts problem rather than three.

How OEM works here
Most private-label projects never need a new mould. The work is picking the nearest standard housing and getting your artwork and photometrics right.
01
You send beam angle, CCT, CRI, driver and dimming protocol. We come back with the nearest standard housing rather than a new tool.
02
Sample ships with its LM-79 report and IES file, so your specifier can run the layout before the order.
03
Your logo on the fitting and the box, your manual, your barcodes and carton marks. Artwork proofed before the run.
04
Full run with batch photometric records. FOB Shenzhen, or DDP into an EU or UK warehouse.

Quality control
A lighting buyer cannot audit every supplier. These are the four checkpoints that are worth asking any of us to evidence.
Specifications
Real text, not an image of a datasheet — so it can be searched, quoted and pasted straight into a lighting schedule.

Specification and certificate numbers are representative values for this demonstration. Replace them with the issued figures before publication — a professional buyer treats an unverifiable certificate as no certificate at all.
Where they end up
Beam angle and glare control decide whether a fitting survives the specification stage. Both are in the table above, and both are in the IES file that ships with the sample.
Delivered orders
Three profiles in the format a sourcing manager actually compares — what was ordered, what was changed, and how long it took.
4,200pcs
Standard HW-DL12 housing with the buyer’s trim colour and their own box artwork. No tooling, because the cut-out matched their existing ceiling spec.
1,800pcs
HW-TS24 restricted to a single 2700 K colour bin so the wholesaler could sell them as a matched set across three years of repeat orders.
3,500pcs
Mixed order across two series shipped DDP to a Dubai warehouse, with batch photometric records supplied for the client’s handover file.
Representative order profiles illustrating typical quantities, customisations and lead times. These are not client records; named references are shared under NDA during commercial discussion.
Request a quote
Wattage, colour temperature, beam angle, quantity and destination are enough for a quotation. If you would rather start with a sample, say so and skip the pricing round.
